In Britain, if you think your neighbor is using too much energy and not insulating enough, you can have 'em Hot Mapped!
In Red Georgia though, you'd likely just be wasting your time and money, since most of the infared imagery arising from "geo-rectification" (the process of aligning graphical data on a two dimensional surface so that it accurately corresponds with a map projection system) would be just Republican hot air.

I think she should be on DNR too. I'm no fan really, but I think even boards like DNR need people who are truly, truly committed to the cause. They may spend their time yelling in the wind, but they'll often help restrain folks who, despite good intentions and no malice or ill will intended, would go way too far in the other direction.
